S&P confirms ‘A’ rating for the Gothaer Insurance Group and upgrades outlook to ‘positive’

Against the backdrop of the planned merger with Barmenia, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings (S&P for short) has confirmed the rating results of the core companies of the Gothaer Group on June 20, 2024. Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG and Gothaer Krankenversicherung AG continue to be rated ‘A’. The outlook was raised from "stable" to "positive".
